Dean Morrison, bouncing back from last years hip injury, wins the day by racking 9.0 wave and scoring the highest heat of the day (17.0/20).
The event will go till May 20.
John Wilson resigns as Reef President leaving Steve Murray, current President of Vans, to take over as interim.
Steve Murray’s letter to the company:
I am writing to announce that John Wilson, President of Reef has decided to leave the company to pursue other interests.
